Cle Elum, Washington
Once again Dick Ullmann delivered. This was a terrific outing held in the old coal mining town of Cle Elum, Washington.
Since the purpose of the outing was to hike (and have fun), I am including photos from the three hikes in which we participated.
Our first hike was to Teanaway Ridge with Jack Manning and Kathy Muir. It was a moderate hike of six miles and 1900 feet with
spectacular views at the top with sixteen hikers.
From our lunch spot we had a terrific view of Mount Rainier.
Our second hike was to
Ingalls Pass with Bob and
Jan Quick leading. This
time Mount Rainier was not
visible, but the hike up 2400
feet and seven miles was
even more spectacular than
the day before.
