Olympic Peninsula Paddlers
Freshwater Bay to Tongue Point
September 13, 2008
It was a spectacular day. There were seventeen paddlers.
Some people were so anxious that they could not wait for the leader to paddle out into the strait.
The mountains in the distance are on Vancouver Island, Canada.
Linda sent someone with a big paddle after the bad boys, and soon everyone gathered in a circle for the safety briefing. She
wore her red helmet so everyone would know who was in charge.
Once briefed, the group proceeded down the strait towards Tongue Point and Salt Creek.
